WHEN IS THE BEST TIME TO SEND OUT WEDDING INVITATIONS?

I would suggest sending save the dates out 18 - 12 months before your wedding day.

Then you can send you invitations out 6 months later. If you are not wanting to send out save the dates,

then I would suggest sending out your invitations earlier than 6 months.

 

DO YOU SUPPLY DIGITAL INVITATIONS?

I do not supply digital invitations. This is to make sure my designs are used in the right way and

a standard is carried out throughout my brand.

 

LOOKING FOR OTHER WEDDING SUPPLIERS?

Your venues recommended list would be very beneficial to look at as well knowing that the supplier knows the venue and it is someone that they trust.

I have also included a few that I have worked with over on my 'Supplier Love' page.

 

HOW DO YOU MAKE AN ORDER?

Send me an email with the design and personalisation details and we can start the process.

I will send you a PDF proof normally within 2-3 working days of that email with a detailed quote.

Once you have approved your design and happy with the quote an invoice will be sent across.

When the full payment has been received printing will commence and the order will be fulfilled.

Your order will be posted via Royal Mail. You will receive your invites 7 working days after the design has been approved

and payment has been received by Anna Jayne Designs. Please allow longer lead times for bespoke designs.

 

CUSTOM AND PERSONALISED ORDERS

This is a process through telephone, email or a chat over a cuppa if you are in the local area.

This would be an additional cost on top of the stationery prices.

We will work together until we are both happy before sending it to print.

Bespoke samples are available of proof for an additional price of £25.

MADE A MISTAKE WITH YOUR INVITES?

If there is a mistake and you have already approved your proof, contact me immediately on anna@annajaynedesigns.co.uk.

I will try my best to stop the print but if they have already been printed by this stage, I cannot offer a refund as these will be personalised just for you.

 

WOULD YOU LIKE TO RETURN YOUR ORDER?

I am unable to refund/return orders because each job would be personalised.

Happy to refund a sample though if returned within 14 days.

If a printing quality error occurs, please email and with my discretion a reprint free of charge.

HOW ARE THINGS POSTED?

All personalised stationery is posted 1st Class Royal Mail tracked and signed for internationally.

Samples from my shop are sent Royal Mail first class.

All Anna Jayne Designs work is sent securely but please send photographic evidence if the package is damaged once received.

 

COPYRIGHT

All artwork created is owned by Anna Jayne Designs Ltd and cannot be replicated or resold.

All proofs are sent low res with an Anna Jayne watermark. Please do not modify,

re-use or redistribute Anna Jayne Designs.

 

MARKETING

Now and then I use imagery of the final design as part of marketing material making sure it is after the event.

Please let me know in advance if you would have an issue with this.

All details and information exchanged are kept between myself and the customer.
