Where is your favourite spot in Cornwall?

I loved creating these illustrations for Chelsea & Zac for their table names. Each painting was of a special place that meant a lot to them. This would be something then I would frame after the big day.

Something a little bit different for me which I absolutely loved 🐻 It is so special that I have worked with Amie on so many events in her life & very grateful that she thinks of me. A few months back, I created invites & signage to welcome their little one into the world, with a theme of a 'Teddy Bear Picnic'.

So who went this weekend?? I have never been to Glastonbury & had no idea really about what it was all about it until Julie & Billy's wedding last year. Julie, the bride, spent time talking to me explaining about each stage. This event was something very special to the family so they wanted this to be the theme of the table plan. I am so pleased with the end result, bringing the whole festival theme together. What do you think?

Working with a mixture of suppliers that I have & haven't worked with before, focusing on the key theme of sustainability.

To be honest I feel a little bit rusty when it comes to this sort of thing but I know it is good to be out of your comfort zone right!? I am very excited to work at this beautiful venue - @crockwellweddings & with a fab group of suppliers.

I will be sharing lots behind the scenes tomorrow.

They don't always have to be done in the traditional way... don't get to me wrong I have nothing against it, & it is what I do 75% of the time.

I just feel that it is important to think how you would like your table to be set up when deciding about this stationery item.

Personally, I would adding twine to the place card & attach to the napkin. Then this dresses the plate without too much in the way.

What are you thinking of doing?

It was such a joy to paint & the gardens are beautiful all through the seasons.

I really do love it when couples want to include their furry friends on their stationery somewhere & somehow! It really does give it that personal touch. Whether its on a table number, subtly on the invites or centre stage on the welcome sign - it is totally up to you.

Thinking back to our wedding in 2019...I should of included our gorgeous boxer dogs Kizzy & Roxy.

I really do love it when couples want to include their furry friends on their stationery somewhere & somehow! It really does give it that personal touch. Whether its on a table number, subtly on the invites or centre stage on the welcome sign - it is totally up to you.

Thinking back to our wedding in 2019...I should of included our gorgeous boxer dogs Kizzy & Roxy.

Stumbled across this on my laptop the other day & it reminded me I need to paint more just for me... I think it is important not to work to a deadline sometimes & not to have a chosen brief. I painted this a few years back from in my head.

On Saturday I was lucky enough to be invited to the beautiful @plumparkmanor with a selection of amazing suppliers:- @theflowerboutiquemk @samsa_mays @emmabrooksphotographymk @kapturedbykatharine @roblawesentertainments

& then today I headed to @mkdonsfc hosted by @weddings_centralexhibitions . I haven’t done this event since 2019 but I absolutely loved it! Spent a lot of time talking to some lovely couples, including a couple of mine getting married this summer ❤️✨

I’ve already had a few follows on here 👋🏻 (hey you) & and an enquiry before I got home! Thank you 🥰😘

...my favourite month! Not just because it is my birthday month but Spring is in the air! I really do appreciate the blue skies, the green shoots popping up, & the yellow daffs everywhere.

On the 30th March it is Mother's Day (so you have a few weeks to get organised) & I have a few card designs available... I might even make time for a few new ones!

The original illustration is available to purchase professionally framed, as well as a limited run of prints (A3 & A4) on my website/Etsy shop.

I really enjoyed working on this piece, & it felt good painting what I wanted to paint! The chickens were already in the reference image & I think they are the perfect addition!
